WP_PLUGINS_URL issue

    Good day,

    I see that you’re defining the plugin’s URL using a constant WP_PLUGINS_UR.

    Can you rather use plugins_url() function so that it can be filtered by 3rd party plugins and themes if needed?

    In this case, specifically to modify the protocol of the URL from http:// to https:// for valid SSL.
