wp_page_menu('show_home=0'); still showing home page (5 posts)

    I'm sure there's something really obvious and stupid going on here, but I'm totally flummoxed. I'm modifying the TwentyTen theme into a new theme. In my header, I have:

    <?php wp_page_menu('show_home=0'); ?>

    Yet home is still showing up in the menu. You can see it here: http://luce.alchemycs.com

    Any idea what's happening?

    Thanks, t-p, but I've read that, many many many times. If it says something useful in my situation, I've missed it. Could you point out what it says that might help me?

    I have the same problem. After struggling with this, I find out it and reply this in case some guy needs it. In the file functions.php, at function twentyten_page_menu_args() in TwentyTen , the theme author overides $args['show_home'] = true;. That is the reason why it always shows the home menu.

    Don't edit the Twenty Ten theme! Your changes will be over-written the next time you upgrade WordPress or the theme. For this reason, it is recommended that you consider creating a child theme for your customisations.
