wp_options table missing

    Trying to set up my live WP site on a localhost using MAMP. I export everything yet every install claims “wp_options” table is missing. I know there are other threads with the same issue yet I have found no resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Are the other tables present ?
    Have you created your database and database user ? With this user granted permissions over the database.

    Use your database administration program (probably phpmyadmin) to check.
