• I had some issues with my website, which was making tons of requests and was quite heated. It seemed to be a database issue.
After doing a fresh WP install and starting to re-upload the content, I can see the issue persists. When going to phpMyAdmin and checking on “check tables with overhead”, it selects the wp_options table. From here I don’t really know what to do.

I know how to check, optimize and repair using the phpMyAdmin options, but even a few minutes after I do that, the table is overhead again. How can I fix this?

Sometimes, the wp_usermeta table shows this as well.

I need to mention that I have more WP websites, and even those which I have not constructed yet are showing this issue, so it is a WP issue.

    Thx!
