wp_options file doesn’t exist???

    while trying to install I’m getting this message wp_options’ doesn’t exist(as well as wp_usermeta’ doesn’t exist, or wp_posts’ doesn’t exist) at multiple lines. what does this mean? I’m begginer and don’t know where to begin to solve this problem(tried some of solutions from this forum, but no result)

    this means the default tables are not being created in the database for some reason.
    What step are you on when this happens?
