wp_login_form feature request

    The wp_login_form function doesn’t include the latest show/hide password eye icon that is used in wp-login.php now. Anyway to include that feature? or is there a workaround to include that feature now?

    You can open an enhancement ticket via https://core.trac.wordpress.org/.
    (When I did a quick search, I didn’t find any such ticket yet. There’s a waiting ticket since 5 years or so, asking for a registration function, similar to wp_login_form() )

    However, as you know, WordPress is built and maintained by tens of thousands of volunteers – you also need to be lucky for someone to pick this up making it happen. You can enhance your chances of seeing it becoming a reality by joining the global Slack team for WordPress contributors via https://make.wordpress.org/chat/, especially, of course, if you’d be able to code the changes yourself 🙂
