wp_get_linksbyname trouble

    I’m having trouble with the wp_get_linksbyname function. WordPress 2.04. I’m trying to use wp_get_linksbyname('Visit','orderby=length&show_description=0&before=<li>&after=</li>')

    The problem is with the after and before where I want them enclosed in list tags. What’s the proper way to pass the list tags in?
