wp_get_archives not listing all posts | WordPress.org

wp_get_archives is not showing all posts; it seems to stop at 25.

I list them by month with this statement:

<?php wp_get_archives(‘type=monthly’); ?>

I tried using limit= with various values. It still pulls 25 posts.

I am on version 1.5.2, what could be wrong?

I just noticed that the amount of archived posts shown for a month (25) is the same amount of posts specified to be displayed on my blogs home page.

How can I get around this?

Depending on your theme, either at the top or the bottom of that page o’ 25 should be something indicating there are subsequent pages. If it isn’t there, you probably want to fix that theme. 🙂

I use a template migrated from 1.2, how would I specify a subsequent page?

My archives are pulled using a query like, “m=200603”

Ah.. yeah, a few things have changed for wp tags since 1.2! Have a look at http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/posts_nav_link as one example of what you might want to use.
