WP_Comment_Query not found

    The dashboard for My Site displays the following error: Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Comment_Query’ not found in /wp-includes/comment.php on line 218.

    I’m not sure when the error first appeared. The site is functioning normally, except that my theme’s page builder will not load (I am using Divi by Elegant Themes). I changed the site URL about a month ago from a subdomain and copied all files into the root directory and updated the URL in the database. I’m not sure there’s any relationship between those things.

    Anyone have experience with the WP_Comment_Query problem?
