Hi, on PHP 8.2 I get errors like

Creation of dynamic property Smush\Core\Modules::$webp is deprecated

Is this something you can checkout and fix for a next version release?

I think this can be added on line 63 of core/class-modules.php:
```
/**
 * WebP module.
 *
 * @var Modules\WebP
 */
public $webp;
```
This fixes the message for me
