How are you, or rather why are you redirecting your site?

What plugins does the site have activated?
If you use the file manager in the control panel (e.g. cPanel) provided by the host, do you see a folder /wp55/, and inside other folders like /wp-admin/ and /wp-content/, as well as files like wp-config.php?

It’s not unusual for WordPress to be installed in a sub-directory like www.example.com/wp/, but a business or ecommerce site will look more professional as www.example.com. Follow this guide to remove the /wp55/ part:
