WP3 Auto-Upgrade: Export Errors

Hell, I just upgraded both of my WP sites and both are working fine but one seems to be having errors each time I attempt to export my posts, settings, etc.
The export opens, I select “all” for the series of drop-down filters, and hit “Downlaod Export File.” Instead of a “Save to…” prompt, the page turns into a massive page of code and content from my website. No export. The massive body of text is started with four error lines. Here are the errors…
