 * I’m using WP V2.7 and I’d like the editor to have access to creating new ads,
   what do I need to modify to achieve this? Right now only admin has access to “
   Ads”.

 * Open wp125.php and fine the line
 * define(“MANAGEMENT_PERMISSION”, “edit_themes”);
 * Change “edit_themes” to the proper roll. You probably want “edit_others_posts”
