 * I’ve spent some time trying to figure this out, and I don’t know if it’s a WordPress
   problem or my host’s servers.
 * My WP install is on a server that runs on PHP 5.2. (Yes, I know, I need 5.2.4.)
When I try to run the upgrade, WP tells me “You cannot update because WordPress
3.2.1 requires PHP version 5.2.4 or higher. You are running version 4.4.9.”
 * Does anyone know where the problem lies, and what I can do fix it?

 * Well, yeah, I know that. They’re in the process of doing that.
 * But your reply doesn’t address my question as to why WP says I’m on a server
   with 4.4.9 when I’m not.
