My problem is simple, yet I encountered a small loophole which makes it painful and hard to figure out the solution.
On my website I am currently using the newest wordpress version with the newest version of the user role editor.
My website is NevenTale.com It is made for an MMORPG project, with the purpose to generate game content (mostly plot). I want it so that many users could read what others wrote in their page drafts, while not being able to update them, but being able to save it as a draft of their own.
– A new user goes on the website, reads basic lore etc.
– After he read everything from the pages with “view” option, he wants to know what others are comming up with. So he should be able to view other people’s drafts inside the WP online text editor. Without being able to change the category, post name, all its content, date, author etc.
problem 2) He should be able to save it as his own draft for that particular problem.
Any suggestions? Maybe some plugin…
