wp-useronline and permalink

they just dont seem to be friends in my site!!!

when im in the post view, like someone posts a comment, when i click on the USER ONLINE link, it links to :

http://nunuh.com/archives/133/wp-useronline.php

which is supposed to be :

http://nunuh.com/wp-useronline.php

how do i edit this?? which file??
