WP User Manager + Custom Fields Add-on + How to import users

    Hi,
    We have an existing user list with ,ore fields that we want to add.
    We have purchased the Add-on Custom Fields where we added fields corresponding to the existing userlist.
    However, It seems when importing users that the information for the custom fields are not added. I used this plugin to import users https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/
    We previously have used this plugin to import users into Buddypress.
    Is there any way to import users from a csv file?

    Regarding CSV import, you can import data as long as you format your csv properly. Custom fields in WPUM have a prefix, so when you create your csv, you need to enter the prefix too. Please see here: https://docs.wpusermanager.com/article/381-what-is-the-field-meta-key-option

    If you’re unsure what your meta keys and their values are, I suggest you open your database and locate the user meta table. In there you’ll find all the data related to your users including custom fields.
