# WP User Avatar Issues

 * Hello,
 * The default avatar we have supplied for users on our wordpress site who have 
   not uploaded their own avatars is activated in the admin.
 * Although checked off in the admin, the avatar is not working for these users.
   It’s grayed out as if the default avatar does not exist.
 * Any suggestions as to why this is happening would be appreciated. Thanks!
