• Good evening

I am having an issue with WP touch loading correctly in the Twenty Eleven Theme. When I load the site on a apple product (iPhone,Ipad & ipad mini) the site does not load as per the desktop site. I have had a look through the blogs and could no see anything that has fixed the issues.

The problems that are of concern is the header image loads with the search function in it, the tabs are all down the left hand side, The calendar is down the bottom below the text.

I have used WP touch with Nano Blogger before with no issues and still works fine coming up just like a normal site on a desktop.

Can anyone assist in what may be the cause of this problem and direct me on how to fix it. If I have to change some code thats fine just need to know where it is to fix it.

I have attached a screen shot for you to view on the issue.

  • I guess the problem is not with the “nano blogger”. 🙂

Anyways, please post the image link in full format, with http://. Otherwise the image is unreachable.

    Thanks.

    Good Morning

Thanks for the reply. The URL link is as following

    I appreciate your assistance.

What you’re describing seems to be your desktop theme as seen on a mobile device. We’re seeing your site loading with the desktop theme active first and the theme switch in the footer set to “off”. If you want the mobile theme to load, be sure to deselect the option for “1st visit mobile users will see desktop theme” under Advanced Options.

    Good Morning

I tried to above and it till comes up with only the home page and no access to the other pages in the mobile version.
Is there anything else that I need to change?

    Regards Craig

    Hi Craig,

Is there anything else that I need to change?

Please make sure you have enabled the other pages in the “Logo Icon // Menu Items & Pages Icons” section in the WPtouch admin panel.
