    I will continue to offer free support for WP to Twitter within reason for as long as I can. However, you should know that support is very time consuming, and I can’t guarantee a response to every request. Your donations and purchases help keep support and plug-in development a reality.

    With free support, I greatly prefer if you submit a support request form from your plug-in’s Settings page. That provides me with data for further pursuing your issue.

    At minimum, please be detailed about the nature of the problem.

    I think you are removing too much features from the free version in favor of the Premium version. I understand that developing is hard, but IMHO this is not the way to act when dealing with a free software like wordpress.
    Just FYI; you are (of course) free to decide, but at the moment I will NOT upgrade to let another feature fly away. Once the plugin will become unusable, I will just uninstall it.

    Thanks for your comments. In the 20 months since I released the first Pro edition, I have removed two features – and I considered both for a long time before making the changes.

    I understand that these decisions may not be popular, but it was in order to be able to provide a vastly improved system for filtering by terms than the original method, which I consider to be worthwhile.

    Also, for the record, I have not removed the feature, per se – just the interface for it. The original category filtering will still work, as always, and can always be edited in the options table.
