WP to TWITTER problems

    i have probles posting from my page to twiter since 3 weeks ago, i recive this messege:

    One or more of your last posts has failed to send a status update to Twitter. The Tweet has been saved, and you can re-Tweet it at your leisure.

    Code : Twitter did not return a recognized response code.
    i chat with the developer for several days and he could not help me, chat with my host server and nothing, seens that no body can find the problem, any ideas?
