# WP to Substack Plugin not working

 * So I followed Automattic’s install instructions at [Posting from WordPress to Substack – Automattic Special Projects](https://specialprojects.automattic.com/2025/08/27/posting-from-wordpress-to-substack/)
 * When I click on the button nothing happens.
 * I pull up Console and here are what the errors look like.

 * Any help from the Automattic folks who developed this plug in???

 * The plugin is only described in the article and only has a GitHub repository.
   I think your question would be better placed there and would be seen by the developers

 * I dont see any activity there. There were only 2 postings before mine and never
   any responses. Its a dead end.

 * The github site does not provide any support. No one looks at it and no updates
   have been uploaded since it was launched half a year ago. Is there anyone from
   Automattic out there?????
 * I loaded the chrome extension onto a different machine and at least the plugin
   opens a page but says I am not logged in even though I am logged in
