wp theme with "fixed" substitution of the website sections

I am newbie of WP, I am looking for a theme which can be able to deliver
something similar to this website.

I have explored a bit the themes but, while I find several infinite scrolling themes with really nice visual effects, I haven’t found anyone able to deliver the specific effect I am looking for: I would like to have this “fixed” substitution of the website sections when you scroll down the page whatever is the size of the browser window. Sections slides over the previous one when you scroll down and the webpage stays fixed.

Do you have any hint? Thank you in advance
