Slick theme. But every time I hover over a hyperlink, the left margin for a few lines of text increases. Strange quirk.
Hi kingjeffrey,
On what part were you hovering over a hyperlink? Was is a single page, or the main index? Also, what part of the pages’ left margin was increasing?

Holy shit!
It was only yesterday that I posted a question about something similar design and there you are!
You are a genius, man! π

Excellent work !
You do know you’ll be getting requests for that to be turned into a photoblog theme ? Imagine a film reel ….. π
The error occured on every hyperlink in posts occuring on your main page. I was using IE6 to view your site. Using
IE6 and Firefox now, I am unable to recreate the error. Strange. Anyways, nice theme.
Oooo…that would be a good look for a photoblog.
How did you do the tabby bit at the top? Image or nifty corners or something else?
Kingjeffrey, just keep me posted if it happens again, I’ll take a look through the posts anyway to see if something like that occurs again.
Nmallory – do you mean the menu tabs?
No. I like how it has a tab like an index card at the top. I tried to figure a way to do this without images myself to format my recipe posts, but nifty corners is the only thing I’ve found and it doesn’t seem to really work on my site for some reason.
hmm… the single page (permalink) seems a bit aligned to the right… I’m using IE6 by the way…
Ahhh then yes that bit at the very top is a graphic. I used a single background graphic in the top div then have two divs inside of it, one for the left, one for the right.
If you mean the nifty corners trick by Alessandro Fulciniti it can be a bit of a trick to get it to work right. I found that if you added any margin at all to the divs you wanted to “round” it would cause it to not work, one of my other themes, Coffee Time, uses them to format the post boxes.

“Horizontal” theme breaks on increased default font-size, for me. Even one bump-up on text size, it breaks in Firefox.
OK I see you put “+/-” to increase font size, at the bottom-right corner. Those buttons work without breaking it. In Firefox, Control-+ as a method to increase size causes the problem I mentioned. What’s the difference in these ways of increasing size?
I like how it is different though.
Hi DGold,
The +/- size is handled via a cookie and used to directly set the size in two divs (pixel-wise). I will take a look at the Control-+ to see if anything can be done about that. Thanks for telling me!

I also noticed the problem with changing the margins.
However, your nifty corners actually look rounded. π I’m jealous. Mine just aren’t noticable: http://theweekendchef.exit-23.net/ (They are on the recipes but not the other posts.
Update: The ctrl -/+ cannot be disabled, so I will add a disclaimer to NOT use it, and to ONLY use the -/+ in the bottom right corner of the theme.
