  • Hi, I’m using WP Tactical Popup and I want to show it in a specific page.

I want to use in my homepage:
    http://www.socialistesinca.org/
But my theme don’t use the role “homepage” in this page, so I can’t select it by this way

I have seen in settings the place to list by url, but I don’t understand the way as it explains:
“Only show when the url contains the above. Prefix ~ for negation! One per line.”

Where have I to put the “~” ? I tried it in so many ways, let me an example please.

    Hi,

Thank you for opening a topic. it should be on the first character. so when you enter ‘~page1’ (without the parantheses it displays on all the selected options, which don’t contain page1. However, the plugin first checks the higher level (is it a page, etc). So it needs the role homepage defined in order for it to show on the homepage.

Do you know how your theme specifies a homepage, or is it a regular page which happens to be the frontpage?

Hello! I am actually running into this issue for northbrookmontessori.org. My wordpress theme recognizes that as the homepage and yet the pop up won’t work unless i have all of the boxes selected to show on each page. Anyway I ca fix this? Thanks in advance!
