WP switching between old and new theme

    Hi all

    I have just finished a custom theme and activated it.. But – it keeps switching back and forth between the old theme and my new one – seemingly at random.

    When i do get the new theme to show up i can navigate around the site – but when i go for the “home” link i always get the old theme showing again on the index page.

    Any idea as to what could be causing the problem?? I have emptied all caches several times but with no succes.

    this is usually caused by cache plugins; are you sure you have disabled all caching?

    for instance, check the html code of the (web) pages which are shown with the ‘old theme’ – something like ‘view’ ‘source’ on your browser tool bar.

    I have used the “empty all caches” under “performance” in the wp backend.. is there any where else i could do it?

    What would i be looking for when going through the sourcecode?

    installed total cache and used that to disable it all – a bit rough but it worked 🙂
