wp-super-cache meta directory index size

  • I have about 2500 articles and I’ve some problems with supercache because of the disk access and the directory dimension.

It’s good the /cache/supercache dir have a structure that permits to avoid a single dir with all files, but the /cache/meta/ is going too big and after a single night of use I’ve have already 56kb of index in a unix filesystem.

It would be nice to have the same structure also in /meta, so the file access will be faster, or have the meta in database, to get it more faster.
