WP super cache doesn't work with paid theme

Seems it’s not compatible with this theme http://themeforest.net/item/forgiven-a-wordpress-theme-for-churches/6964937 or I’m missing some settings. It filtered out several site features
1. Only older posts from blog appear, some links didn’t work,
2. MailChimp sign-up widget disappearsAny help is appreciated.
