WP Super Cache changes appearance of site

    I’m using the Crafty Cart theme for a site I’m designing. When I enable the WP Super Cache plugin, the sidebar and footer are altered and appear with a different css markup than I’ve created.

    Does anyone have a explanation and/or fix for this? If not, any suggested alternatives to this plugin that might not cause this problem?
