We have use WP Super Cache in the last 1.5 years (and donate too :P) in Multisite environment, serving more than 25k unique visitors daily.
Recently we’ve just implemented WP Touch Pro, which is a great plugins to serve mobile users. We have follow WP TOuch Pro famous mobile guideline in dealing with cache plugin (http://www.bravenewcode.com/support/knowledgebase/optimizing-caching-plugins-for-mobile-use/#wpsupercache). During our test in Live environment in the last 1-2 days, we found intermittent problem between WPSC and WPTouch Pro.
Some of the mobile users are viewing a desktop version, usually we have to clear the cache and the mobile users are back with the mobile versions. Give it 15-30mins, then the mobile users will start viewing the desktop version again.
My Questions is : Is the user agent reject settings not working or is there any other configuration that I need to check? I’ve contact Bravenew code, they are leading us to find the answer to WPSC.
