WP Super Cache and WP-Mobilizer?

    I am using WP-Mobilizer to serve a different theme to the mobile devices. Till now i was using W3 Total Cache and it was fine. But due to an issue with W3, i had to disable it and now i have installed WP Super Cache.
    But at times, the desktop version is shown for mobile devices and mobile version is shown for desktop version.

    Can you please help in fixing this?
