 * I installed wp super cache and my blog went completely blank. I tried to access
   my account and admin through WordPress.org to deactivate and my user name is
   no longer registered! I no longer have access to anything and I need help.
 * The blog I need help with is purplsoul.com.

 * In order to deactivate the plugin, you’ll need to access your site via FTP.

   Log onto your FTP account and go to the wp-content/plugins folder and delete
   the super cache plugin.
 * Once deleted hopefully you should be able to get to your admin.

 * Thanks for the response.
 * The problem I’m having is that my password doesn’t work anymore, I can’t actually
   log in to wordpress.org. I’ve tried resetting but nothing happens.
 * Occasionally I can view my dashboard (usually I just get a blank screen) but
   if I click on anything I get directed to another blank page.
 * When I try accessing through FTP and I need to enter my password and it doesn’t
   connect – it’s like my account isn’t there anymore and I’ve got no idea what
   to do, I can’t even contact anyone from WordPress to sort out!
 * Any ideas??

 * Use FileZilla and your server login, not an FTP account that cannot get past
   your site’s files. I believe that should get you above anything the cache has
   affected, then try what Christine has suggested.

 * Your wordpress.org has nothing to do with this. If your password wasn’t working,
   you wouldn’t be able to leave a comment on the forums, so that’s not the issue.
 * What you need is the login to your FTP which your hosting provider can provide
   you.
