Don’t know where to begin. I’ve have tried figuring out how and where to change my permissions with Chmod, which is what the wp super cache plugin suggested but can’t find it. Secondly If gone to my hosting site Go Daddy, and cannot find where to change permissions in my ftp manager. So where do I go my Dashboard in WordPress or my web host in Go Daddy.

Also now My 2011 stylesheet is saying “This theme is broken. Stylesheet is not readable.” I didn’t make any changes to it, so I’m not sure whats going on.

If anyone has an answer to this could you please be as specific as possible, since I don’t know exactly where to make these necessary adjustments. Is it under my theme editor if so than where? My plugin editor? My Go Daddy ftp web host and if so where?

Any help would be much appreciated.

See Changing File Permissions « WordPress Codex and if needed, Filezilla and FTP Clients « WordPress Codex.

The broken theme error may simply be due to permssions. If not, delete and replace the whole twentyeleven theme.

Called tech support at Go Daddy and they said I couldn’t change my permissions with the ‘Chmod’ with a Windows. So I Deactivated my Wp Super Cache plugin, and now my CSS Stylesheet doesn’t have any errors. They make hard for Windows users, but at least my sites working now.

Get them to switch you to linux; it’s a free and seamless change and things will work better.
