WP Stats Manager Crashed Admin

    I just installed wp-stats manager on a WordPress Multisite and the WordPress admin is no longer accessible. It says: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    How can I disable this plugin?

    Hello,
    Thank you for using our plugins,
    Something strange!
    To deactivate the plugin, you can go to your FTP > public_html/wp-contents/plugins/ and rename the “visitors-traffic-real-time-statistics” to “visitors-traffic-real-time-statistics-old”

    To check the error reason, please check the FTP > public_html/errors.log, and you will see the latest errors (review the errors related to our plugin)
