Hello, is there already a solution how to operate both plugins without problems? Or do you have a suitable solution or alternative?

Currently you can not click away the cookie message with the privacy and data protection option and the visitors will not be displayed properly.

    Thanks for the Support!

    Hello,

Which settings do you have enabled? Does issue persist if the plugin is disabled? Have you tried excluding the page that message appears from being cached?

Hello, thanks for the answer. it is the browser cache. and the message is displayed on all pages when the visitor visits the page once.

I disable the plugin or browser cache everything works fine. unfortunately at the cost of the loading speed.

is it possible to set it somewhere so that it still counts visitors and you can click away the message with allow or not allow?

or is there despite the cache of the page the opportunity to evaluate the visitor statistics?

think it’s up to the expires header settings.

    Thanks for Support
