WP statistics not counting since Version 12.6.7

    Hello WP Statistics,

    why is it, that when I am updating to any of the above versions of 12.6.7 the counting stops immediately? This is the case on all 6 of my WP-Websites where I installed wp statistics.

    What can I do about it?

    Hi,

    Are you using v13.0.4? If so, please note that it might not be compatible with some of the PHP versions. So if your website is using a version lower than PHP 7.3, please do not update your plugin.

    Our temporary solution is rolling back to v12.6.13. You can get it from the bottom of this page.

    We are trying hard to resolve all the issues and release a new version by next week.

    We are truly sorry for what happened.

    I am using version 12.6.7 on all of my 6 WP-websites. Any version above of 12.6.7 is not working. Why is it like this?
