Do you see the same effect if you disable WPML and enable WP Statistics?
You also may find the P3, while accurate, doesn’t reflect the user experience, as all of the WP Statistics code that gathers visitor info runs during the WordPress shutdown function which is after all the HTML has been generated. This means while the user will still “see” the page loading the browser will have already setup the page and the user will be able to fully interact with it.

Well, if WPML disabled, the load time of WP Statistics remains the same, which is good. It’s also good that visitors info are gathered after shutdown function.
But the point is that when I activate back WPML, which is unfortunately a must for me, with activated WP statistics, the WPML load increases for about 100% and thence also the load of my webpage. I hope you have opportunity to try these combination of plugins yourself..
Unfortunately WPML is a commercial plugin so I cannot test with it.
However, since WP Statistics is running as expected you may want to contact WPML’s support to see if they can track down what’s wrong.

Yes, they say it is not in compatibility list of plugins, so i can invite author/you to contact them..
Anyway, in my opinion, plugin you made is very good. Wishing you to keep up with the good work!!
