wp-signup.php

Hi,
when I enabled my wp multisite registration, a resistance link appeared in the WP login form that leads to the page */wp-signup.php
I see that this page was created by your plugin. How can I edit it?Regards
Umberto

Hi, please clarify what you mean in “enabled my wp multisite registration” ? or provide a screenshot for better understanding, our plugin does not create this file.
Kind Regards,
NickHi,
the site is under construction, so I can’t send you the link to the page.
I can send you the SCREENSHOT though.Regards
UmbertoHi, this https://postimg.cc/ThX9bxdG is created by our theme and not the plugin, in order to disable it please follow the video https://sharing.clickup.com/clip/p/t1856033/a9b7eafa-eb4d-47f7-bfac-2037ecee3950/screen-recording-2024-09-19-13%3A25.webm
Kind Regards,
NickHi,
thanks for the video, but I didn’t understand anything. Could you write me the various steps, so that I can translate them?Regards
UmbertoHi, Youuneed to navigate in theme builder, then in the footer section create new footer template and thats is. Or just simple follow the video without sound – that works as well.
Kind Regards,
NickHi,
i did. But if I go to Appearance —> Theme, I see Twenty Twenty-Four.
Regards
UmbertoPerchè continuate a impostare il topic come “Risolto”, quando in realtà non lo è? Io non ho installato nessun tema di vostra proprietà. Ripeto: come faccio a modificare o eliminare questa pagina?
Cordialmente
Umberto
Hi again, this is not a page, this is a footer and you need to edit footer as I have shown in video.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
the video is always the same. However, I have not installed any other themes besides the default one. You can see HERE.
How should I proceed to modify or delete that page?Regards
UmbertoHi again, sorry but link you have sent is broken – image is not visible
Kind Regards,
NickHi,
I watched your video very carefully, where you can see a theme that I don’t have. In my installation there is no such theme, but there is the default theme. So, I don’t understand where I have to go to modify/deactivate the registration page created by you. Could you write me the steps? Be patient, but in the video it is not clear what I have to do after creating the template.
The image I showed you was the one of the appearance of my installation, where you can see that there are no other themes installed. You can see it HERERegards
UmbertoHi again, it bit complicated now :), if you are not using our theme then I need to investigate how that link is cretaed, in that case – Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com
Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – royalelementoraddons@gmail.com as well
We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
Please Include this Support Topic URL in the email.
Kind Regards,
NickDone
