  • Hi
Did you resolve your shortcode problem? I’m having the same.

    This what i did.

1 – Deactivated all plugins except Pipe. Tested Pipe (still didn’t work)
2 – Deactivated and uninstalled Pipe
3 – Re–installed first version of Pipe wp plugin & connected it to my Pipe account (still did not work)
4 – Updated Pipe plugin to latest version (via WordPress update)
5 – Changed shortcode to include _ underscore (Pipe embedded player now visible)
    6 – Did a test recording (worked)
7 – Re–activated all other plugins (Pipe still worked)

I also cleared all cahces (on website and browser) and (depending on your setup) purged Varnish.

I then tested in different browsers logged out to make sure it worked.

I have found that if you de-activate the plugin – then re-activate it doesn’t save my account hash.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    I got it to work.

Until you can categorise/add tags to the videos it’s fairly useless to me right now. I need to be able to differentiate different videos, not simply the times they were taken.

    That’s in the pipeline apparently.
