• I get the Error message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘-‘, expecting ‘}’ in /home/artmaste/public_html/davidroper/wp-content/plugins/wp-shopping-cart/wp-shopping-cart.php on line 336

Can somebody post a correct version of the file wp-shopping-cart.php, please?

  • I have a similar message, but not identical:
After finally managing to get shopping cart to appear on my admin panel it triggered a fatal error message. Somehow I addressed that and now I am getting a new one:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /home2/jewishhi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-shopping-cart/wp-shopping-cart.php on line 94
I am at a loss. Any ideas?
    Many thanks.

If you insert the URL of your wp-shopping-cart.php file into the link of
http://validator.w3.org/, there is 4 warnings and 5 errors. too many. May be the plugin is not really ready.

    Wow, that’s depressing, thanks 🙂

Hi sphered, this question is going to reveal me as a totally confused newbie, but here goes: can you give me the exact URL that you inserted http://validator.w3.org/ to show these warnings and errors? My brain is so muddled now that I don’t even seem to be able to do this properly. Thanks.
