Are you using a shortcode to display your products? If so, can you provide it here for me to look at?
Are you trying to show the product image thumbnails on the product detail pages?
I am trying to show product image thumnails on the product detail pages. My older version of wp shopify was working but when I updated to a recommended by you version thumbnails stopped showing.

Everything looks good to me from a configuration standpoint.
Are you sure you have more than one image assigned to that product inside Shopify?
Also, do you have any third-party Shopify apps that manage your product images in any capacity?

We have benn using your plugin without any 3rd party apps to manage product images. We always used sync option to sync between shopify and WP and it has always worked untill the recent versions of your plugins.

I just finished double checking the code. The product thumbnails are set to show only if more than one exist, and if you don’t have the show_featured_only attribute set. It looks like you have both of these conditions met so the thumbs should show.
Here are a couple more things to check.
First, go into the plugin settings and open the “Cache” section. Turn off the Enable data cache setting and save.
Open a different browser and check the page. Do the thumbnails show up?
Second, update the plugin to the latest version (3.5.3). Do they show up?

Andrew, do you see any solution to this? It is Q4 for sales and I am having quite lower conversions due to this problem. I will appreciate your assistance.

Here are a couple more things to try:
1. Does the below shortcode show the thumbs?
[wps_products_gallery title="100% Natural Wool*" show_featured_only="false"]
2. Try deleting your Shopify private app and making a new one. You’ll need to reconnect the plugin afterwards.
WHat do you mean by deleting your private app? You mean delete Wp Shopify app and reconnect again?
