 * I keep getting this message:

   home/virtual/site483/fst/var/www/html/shannonwheelerdesign.com/wordpress/wp-config.
   php on line 20

   wordpress/wp-settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory 
   in /home/virtual/site483/fst/var/www/html/shannonwheelerdesign.com/wordpress/

 * And I looked for the wp-settings.php file and its not there?

 * But its not in the files I intially downloaded.
