    After visiting your site (https://theemeraldemporium.co/), it looks like you’re using WooCommerce to facilitate your product listings.

    It may be worth checking into your “Product Images” settings (see this article in the WooCommerce documentation for details) to see if 450×450 is selected. If so, your theme’s settings and/or CSS settings may be overriding the display size by forcing the browser to display a scaled version of the image.

    There may be significant ramifications to changing that setting, so it may be worthwhile to review the documentation in detail to make sure that’s what you want to do before making any changes. Also, the WooCommerce documentation mentions that there is a need to use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin after changing the setting, otherwise the change will only apply to new products added after the change.
