WP-Sentinel is blocking a trusted web site and I need help to make it stop. The thing is, I have not downloaded this plugin or anything else from wordpress and it is controlling my browsing. I have searched for this program on my computer and can’t find it. Can someone help me stop this intrusion? Thank you.

Can you post your site link please?

The site that is being blocked is http://www.rush.com

I believe so, when I try to go to the web site I get a wp-sentinel ban. This appears as a pink box on my screen telling me of the ban.

Where did you find it – on your dashboard or in the plugins folder?

The problem is, I have not been able to find it. I have search my entire C drive. I have never downloaded anything from this site so I don’t know where this problem originates. I have never heard of this plugin until it started blocking the rush web site.

It does not seem it is your site. Right?

Not sure what you mean by “your site”

    Is http://www.rush.com/ your site?

That is the site that is being blocked. When I try to go there the browser tab reads WP-Sentinel ban and a pink flashing message shows up on the screen. I don’t think the rush.com site would do this.

wordpress.org distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. You need to contact the site owner about this and that’s not something we can help you with.
