I have 5 WordPress multisite subdomain websites with WP Security. Four of them have an icon in the site dashboard for WP Security. https://embeddedbasis.com/ does not have such an icon, so there are no controls for dashboard, settings, user accounts, etc. It only has Security by CleanTalk under settings.

The site has been rebuilt this morning. Everything else works, but I don’t have access to the dashboard or other features. I have tried https://embeddedbasis.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=aiowpsec but it only yields the error message, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I extended my subscription to 10 sites for 5 more years.

Any thoughts? I’d like to be able to fix this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello.
    1. The URL ***/wp-admin/admin.php?page=aiowpsec belonges to the settings of a diffrent security plugin: All In One WP Security & Firewall. The URl of the ClenaTalk Security plugin is ***/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=spbc
    2. Please give us more details, such as a screenshot or a video, to clarify what the problem is. You can send it to us by our private Ticket System:
