# wp-rss-aggregator shortcode – dates not multilingual

 * First off, love this plugin. Awesome job folks.
 * Minor peave and I can probably fix it myself with 2-3 lines of code but I thought
   best to report it to you as well.
 * In a multilingual site (I’m using WPML CMS 3.4.1), if you insert the `[wp-rss-
   aggregator]` shortcode configured to show feed-item dates, into a post marked
   as language=(anything but EN), the dates still appear in English (weekday, month
   names etc.)
 * Talk about a tiny bug! But hey, still a bug.

 * My mistake! Your code uses `date_i18n()` function, the problem was **not** in
   the plugin. I forced a refresh of all locale (.mo/.po) files for WP itself + 
   theme + all plugins and the dates now translate properly. Leaving my embarrassing
   mistake here for posterity so it can be found by someone in future who makes 
   the same mistake.
