Hello @addredford,
Thanks for your message.
Please send me a screenshot of the Help Center tab in the plugin settings.
Best,
Mateusz
Thanks @addredford! Do you have any custom Cache settings on Cloudflare?
Hi Mateusz! Apologies for the delay
Are you talking about the page rules? No, I haven’t set any rules for the site up yet.
@addredford Are you using some other form of Cache on your website? First of all, I mean the cache in the hosting configuration.
Are you talking about the Endurance Cache? I disabled it upon installing wp-rocket
Hello again @addredford,
Sorry, unfortunately I don’t know the solution for your website. It seems that there is a cache that prevents the plugin redirecting to WebP files. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything more from my level – and I don’t want to throw empty words.
According to the plugin configuration, the plugin will work properly on your page after deactivating cache at the server level. What cache is it? I don’t know, I don’t know the details of your server configuration. I don’t have access to it either – you have to deal with this issue yourself.
I hope that you understand me. The plugin is used by over 200,000 users and I have already seen many different configurations, which is why I tell you what results from my experience.
Best,
Mateusz
