 * I cant seem to find this plugin in the plugins search in order to install it.

 * I’m afraid I cannot duplicate your results. I go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add
   New > and in the search by “term” field I paste WordPress Powered Real Estate
   and it’s the first one on the returned results. The only difference I can see
   is that I used WP 3.1.3 and you are using 3.1.2.
