WP-PostRatings | Users can vote only if a form is filled

    Hi all,

    I would like to know if it’s possible to enable the WP-PostRatings functionnality to a post only if a user fill a form or submit an information?

    This would be to give credibility to the vote.

    Thanks for your help and let me know if you fin an alternative method or the solution to this problem. (can be another plugin if there’s no solution.)
