WP Polls

Hi I am using WP Polls plugin for my self hosted site and have been searching Lester Chans site and all over trying to find out whether you can make a poll specific to only one blog page? I.e I Have a blog page that displays only one post at a time, each post can be accessed by the recent posts menu and I wish to place different polls on different posts. Is this possible? Thanks
